We can accept a return and provide a refund for your purchase of a single box of SciMar NuPa Daily (non-subscription) when you request one within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return and refund are verified, a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within a few days.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your online Account Settings. You will receive an immediate notice confirming that your subscription has been successfully canceled.
While we will no longer process payments from your account as soon as you cancel, it is possible that your last month’s supply will have already been processed and will be in transit to you. Thank you for your understanding.
Pausing or Changing Your Subscription

Lost Items

We do not want you to miss a single day as you experience the benefits of SciMar NuPa Daily. If we cannot track the shipment, we will send out a new box immediately.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
