Cancellations and Refunds Policy

If you decide that SciMar NuPa Daily is not right for you, you can cancel your subscription at anytime.

Simply log into your account settings and pause your subscription. You will not be billed for future shipments unless you reactivate your subscription. Pausing without reactivating is the same as cancelling.

For semi-annual and annual subscriptions, you will receive a pro-rated refund for all unshipped boxes of SciMar NuPa Daily. 

If a box is in transit to your address at the time of pausing/cancelling your subscription, there is no need to return it to us. We simply encourage you to dispose of the product safely. We aim to keep this hassle-free.

Lost Items

If you have not received your package of SciMar NuPa Daily in a timely way, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nupa.com or 1-866-900-4777. We do not want you to miss a single day as you experience the benefits of SciMar NuPa Daily. If we cannot quickly track the shipment and provide an updated delivery date, we will send out a new box immediately.

Exchanges

We will replace items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us at info@nupa.com or 1-866-900-4777 if your box arrives defective or damaged.
